The principal of AYRE CONSULTANCY, Tim Ayre, has over 25 years experience in the property market, including 12 years as Investment Director at Chartwell Land (the former property arm of Kingfisher plc) where he specialised in retail property.
He also has experience in the agency market having started his career (after gaining a first class honours degree in Urban Estate Surveying) with a leading London firm of Chartered Surveyors.
More recently Tim was a founding Director of White Rock Properties, a specialist retail property investment and asset management company offering a high level management service to investors, owners and occupiers. The company successfully undertook investment purchases, in conjunction with financial partners, and implemented asset management initiatives to add value.
His consultancy work has involved advising occupiers as well owners and has included dealing with property management issues.
Although having particular expertise in the retail sector he is experienced in dealing in all commercial property sectors.
